First stage: Montreal and Kyoto

Montreal

To live in the Montreal building is to live in an innovative project in the heart of international Geneva.
The complex is surrounded by lush vegetation and is connected to the city by an extensive public transport and soft mobility network. The building was delivered to its residents in December 2022.

All the flats in the Montreal building have been sold.

Kyoto

Ideally located in the United Nations district, close to all the major international organizations and very well connected to Geneva’s transport networks, the Kyoto building offers an ideal location.

The floors can be arranged as open space or individual offices. Offices are available in units from 280 m2. Occupants will have access to underground parking.

Second stage: Stockholm, the Ecumenical Centre and Lima

Stockholm

In 1972, the United Nations Conference in Stockholm was the first global conference to make the environment a major issue.

In 2023, the eponymous building, an integral part of Green Village, opens to the market with a unique offer in Geneva: office space available for sale, in PPE (property by floors), and entirely fitted out according to the needs of its future occupants.

The Ecumenical Centre

The Ecumenical Centre has been listed by the Heritage and Sites Office and will undergo renovation, both to enrich the conference facilities and to introduce working space for the WCC, which will retain ownership of the building. Development is underway, with renovation planned between 2023 and 2025.

Lima

The Lima building will remain the property of the World Council of Churches for the purpose of accommodating the association’s sister organizations and other NGOs, or tenants.

The construction of the Lima building is planned between 2023 and 2026. This building is in the progress of the development procedure.
